Multicolor is dedicated to the sheer power and complexity of a diverse palette. It explores the fascinating dynamic that occurs when multiple colors interact — how they clash, harmonize, create their own unique visual rhythm. In this space, color is the main character.
We invite contemporary artists to share works where the combination of colors is the driving force of the piece. Whether your art is purely abstract or highly figurative, carefully painted on canvas or digitally rendered on a screen, we want to see it. What matters most to us is an active, undeniable presence of a varied palette. We are looking for thoughtful color choices, unexpected contrasts, and compositions where the vibrant conversation between different hues is what truly brings the artwork to life. If your work relies on this kind of visual complexity and color interplay, we would love to feature it.

The Colors of A Bird
Andrew C Strom
Photography
The Lilac Breasted Roller is arguably one of the most colorful birds in the world. Its home is in Sub-Saharan Africa and is the National Bird of Kenya, where this photo was taken. The bird, seen here, I captured in a moment of preening, displaying its array of colors in an intimate moment and pose that composes the image nicely with the green leaves of the tree it's perched in and the delicate, soft blue gradient of the sky behind.

My paintings are inspired by news headlines that surround us. The title “Bigger Birds Don’t Fly” shows that we all have some obstacles that get in the way of flying. This painting is my interpretation of that headline.

Through poetic translation and abstraction, mountains and landscapes become symbols of emotional expression, serving as windows to convey sentiments. Bright sunshine, lush mountains, and azure seas are translated into calming images of travel scenes. From poetic lyricism to abstract interpretation, the space between form and meaning lets one express thoughts and reconnect with old dreams.

Nesting Iridescence
Sue Wright
Photography
In this photograph, intricate loops of paper nestle into one another, creating a mesmerizing pattern of cascading curves and folds. Soft, diffused light filters through the delicate layers, casting gentle, shimmering reflections of color behind the paper’s surface. The interplay of light and shadow highlights iridescent hues that subtly shift and dance across the background, giving the composition a dreamy, ethereal quality. The resulting image captures a harmonious blend of texture, color, light, and shadow evoking a sense of both complexity and tranquility.

Desert Kaleidoscope
Theresa Poalucci
Mixed Media
Desert Kaleidoscope celebrates the extraordinary color and vitality hidden within the Sonoran Desert. In this vibrant composition, prickly pear pads burst with blossoms in brilliant hues—fiery yellows, radiant oranges, electric pinks, and lush greens—all shimmering against a luminous blue sky. Like pieces of glass inside a turning kaleidoscope, each bloom and pad reflects light differently, creating an ever-changing mosaic of color and form.
This piece captures the desert at its most surprising and joyful, reminding us that beauty in the Southwest is far from subtle—it is bold, expressive, and full of life. The interplay of saturated colors speaks to the desert’s power to astonish, transforming even the harshest landscape into a vivid tapestry of growth and renewal.
Desert Kaleidoscope invites viewers to see the desert through a new lens—one that celebrates its brilliance, its energy, and its endlessly shifting patterns of color.

RAINBOW TORUS YANTRA
Werner Szendi
Acrylic on canvas
RAINBOW TORUS YANTRA visualizes one of the most fundamental structures of sacred geometry: the torus — a self‑generating field of continuous flow, expansion, and return. This form, both ancient and universal, represents the cyclical movement of energy that sustains life. It is the geometry of breath, of consciousness, of the eternal rhythm that moves inward and outward in perfect balance.
The composition unfolds as a radiant chromatic vortex. Curved bands of color spiral around a central axis, creating a dynamic interplay of hues that evokes both motion and coherence. Each color functions as a distinct frequency, yet all are interwoven into a unified energetic field. The result is a visual pulse — a rhythmic, almost meditative oscillation that draws the viewer into its center.
The torus is also the electromagnetic pattern of the human heart, a field that perceives, transforms, and renews itself. In this work, the rainbow palette amplifies that resonance. The spiraling geometry becomes a metaphor for inner expansion: the alignment of body, emotion, and awareness with a deeper source of vitality. The painting suggests that transformation begins at the center — with intention, clarity, and the courage to open.
Through its precise geometry and vibrant chromatic spectrum, RAINBOW TORUS YANTRA becomes more than an abstract form. It acts as an energetic portal, a contemplative space where unity, coherence, and renewal converge. The work invites the viewer to reconnect with the essence of being — light in motion, consciousness in form, and the infinite cycle of return.
