Black & White is an online exhibition dedicated to works built around black, white, and their relationship. Black defines depth and weight. White defines space, light, and separation. Together, they form a visual system based on contrast, balance, and precision.
We invite artworks focused on black, white, or their combination. Works may be abstract or figurative, digital or traditional. These colors must remain central and clearly visible in the composition. We are looking for strong contrast, controlled use of space, and compositions where black and white determine the visual result.

Ink on Paper
This piece celebrates the beauty of African Rhinos. The main focus is on the White Rhino, while a silhouette of a Black Rhino can also be seen at the top. There is something grounding about slowing down, building form through line, and trusting the ink to describe weight, age and presence, without any other color.

These beautiful Beech 18's on floats, with their twin radial engines, twin-tail fin configurations are dockside, waiting for the busy day to begin. Soon the deep, throaty rumble of their radial engines will fill the air as they take to the sky.

Innocence and freedom are imaginatively transformed into pure white fish swimming in clear water. Gliding smoothly and naturally, unburdened and peaceful, they seem to forget the water, and the water forgets them, blending into an endless expanse of white.

Digital Painting
This piece shows a blind alchemist working in her laboratory, searching for the formula of elixir in the face of Death. The color black is used to symbolize the shadow of dread and mortality, and white, the light of hope, knowledge, and discovery. In the foreground, the apples (fruits of knowledge), test tubes, alcohol lamp, crystal ball, and celestial models symbolize the alchemist’s pursuit of cosmic enlightenment. In the background, the skeleton and the hands clutching a mysterious cage symbolize the eternal and ominous presence of Death.

Gelatin silver print on Barita Fine Art Paper
This work is not about nature. It is about bodies shaped by time. These olive trees are not symbols. They are witnesses. Marked by cuts, survival, adaptation. The olive tree — archetype of peace and eternity — reveals itself here as a wounded organism, yet irreducible. Each trunk carries the memory of human gestures and the slow intelligence of matter. What appears broken is, in truth, transformed. Xolivo does not seek beauty. It seeks presence. A dialogue between flesh and wood, between what resists and what remains. Photography becomes an act of listening. An encounter with a form of life that refuses disappearance.

My artistic journey began among the crowded shelves of my father's legendary watch and eyewear store. There, as a child, my deep connection to objects that combine memories, precision, style and time sprouted. Today, I take this family heritage one step further and create connections that seem impossible: I make glasses, watches and shoes - "fall in love" with Paris. My creative process is a combination of meticulous photography and artistic Photoshop work with AI. I photograph elements from different content worlds, and connect them with a unique technique that creates a completely new image
